BEARING DEVICE FOR COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To form the fixing section and the bearing section of bearing device with different material having the optimal bearing characteristic by forming them independently while forming at least one of them with sintered metal and integrally dispersion bonding when sintering. CONSTITUTION:Main and sub bearing bodies 5, 6 jointed to the upper and lower faces of cylinder in an enclosed compressor are constructed while integrally bonding the fixing section 7 and a bearing metal 9 or a bearing section provided at the boss section 8. The fixing section 7 of respective bearing bodies 5, 6 is formed through casting or cold forging. While the bearing metal 9 is formed with sintered metal containing Cu or C as a component for expanding the outer diameter of the bearing metal 9 when sintering. Then the bearing metal 9 is sintered while the innercircumferntial face at the boss section 8 and the outercircumferential face of the bearing metal 9 are dispersion bonded.
