The invention relates to a cheese-head screw for the releasable fastening of a first structural part on a second structural part, having a screw head resting on the first structural part and having a screw shank which, by means of a screw part, can be screwed into the second structural part. In order to be able to produce a releasable fastening, even in areas of restricted space in which the cheese-head screw can be inserted only with great difficulty or else not at all, according to the invention there is mounted in a captive manner, on the screw shank with at least a small amount of radial play, a cylindrical mounting sleeve, preferably consisting of plastic, whose axial length is smaller than the length of the through-passage hole, through which the cheese-head screw penetrates, in the first structural part and whose external diameter is dimensioned such that, when the screw shank passes through the through-passage hole, e.g. during the initial mounting of the first structural part, it can be pushed into said hole with a press fit. <IMAGE>
