PURPOSE:To allow only an owner of an IC card to reproduce normal video signals by connecting an IC card incorporating a descrambler to a reproduction display. CONSTITUTION:An IC card 1 incorporating a ROM5 functioning as a descramabler which decodes codes is connected to terminals 11R, 11G, 11B, 12R, 12G and 12 for connection to IC card which are provided to a color TV receiver. The code signals extracted by a code extracting circuit 8 with the pulse of a gate pulse generator 7 are decoded by the ROM5. Then these decoded signals are supplied to terminals 12R, 12G and 12B which supply the video signals given from terminals 11R, 11G and 11B to a color CRT2 after deciding by changeover switches 11R, 11G and 11B whether these video signals should be transmitted or not through inverting circuits 9R, 9G and 9B respectively. |
