PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of torque ram and vibration even when a circular spline is inclined to the axis of an assembly, by constituting a flex spline and the circular spline such that they engage each other in the three directions spaced every 120 deg. from each other. CONSTITUTION:A wave generator 15 is constituted from a cam 13 having the outer periphery consisting of six arcs and a bearing 14 and fitted in the inner peripheral surface 12b of a flex spline 12 to be deflexed so that it engages a circular spline 11 in each of three directions spaced 120 deg. from each other. Thus, variation in back-lash of a gear in one revolution of an input shaft becomes extremely small to reduce the variation of torque. |
