PURPOSE:To achieve sufficient bonding strength without deforming the shaft section by forming the shaft section with steel pipe while the crank section with sintered metal and dispersion bonding the crank section to the shaft section when sintering. CONSTITUTION:The shaft section 9 of crankshaft 11 is formed with steel pipe. While the crank section 10 is formed with sintered metal produced by adding additives for increasing contraction into powder material having excellent abrasion-resistance then sintering. When coupling the shaft section 9 integrally with the crank section 10, said powder material is pressed to form a disc-type crank section 10 having a fitting hole 17 at the eccentric position. Then said crank section 10 is fitted over the shaft section 9 and positioned thereafter the crank section 10 is sintered while the outercircumferential face of the shaft section 9 and the innercircumferential face at the fitting section 17 of the crank section 10 are dispersion bonded.
