PURPOSE:To manufacture stably a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having high magnetic flux density by combinedly incorporating specified amounts of Sb and Cu into a silicon steel having a specified composition contg. C, Si, Mn, S, Al and N and by subjecting the steel to rolling, precipitation annealing, decarburization annealing and finish annealing. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel ingot contg. combinedly 0.005-0.10% Sb and 0.03-0.30% Cu in a silicon steel contg. <=0.10% C, 2.5-4.0% Si, 0.03-0.20% Mn, 0.010-0.050% S, 0.010-0.050% acid-sol. Al and 0.0045-0.012% N as principal components is hot rolled or further cold rolled to regulate the thickness. The resulting silicon steel sheet is subjected to precipitation annealing and cold rolled at >=80% final draft by single rolling or rolling, process annealing and rolling. The cold rolled silicon steel sheet is passed through decarburization annealing and finish annealing stages. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet of 0.10-0.23mm thickness having high magnetic flux density is obtd. |
