PURPOSE:To prevent racing of a driving wheel, by a method wherein, based on a signal from a rotation sensor detecting the number of revolutions of the driving wheel, a control unit decides racing, and angle of delay control is made on an ignition time in a racing condition. CONSTITUTION:During running of a vehicle, the numbers of revolutions of a driving wheel and a driven wheel are always detected by rotation sensors 12 and 13, respectively. When a difference between the numbers of revolutions detected by the sensors 12 and 13 is high, a signal A from a comparing circuit 22 is increased to H and it is decided to be racing, and at a point of time when a signal B from an ignitor 7 rises, an output signal C from an AND gate 26 is increased to H to actuate a multivibrator 25. A signal D from the multivibrator 25 is added to a signal G from an integrating circuit 30 by an OR gate 31 to lag the ON time of a signal H therefrom, and an output signal I from a NOR gate 32 is decreased to L till a point of time at when the ON time is lagged. This causes shut off of the primary side of an ignition coil 18 to be lagged by a transistor 34 to lag an ignition time. |
