LEAF SPRING END MOUNTING STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve transverse rigidity while smoothing the vertical rotation of an eye portion in an end of a leaf spring by interposing a bearing between the eye portion side of the leaf spring end and the fixed side support wall. CONSTITUTION:An leaf spring 10 is formed in the end with an eye 12 having a hole 11 extending therethrough widthwise. This eye 12 is rotatably supported by a shaft 15 through a vibration absorbing bushing 21. And between both side faces of the eye 12 and the support walls 16a, 16b of a fixed side bracket 16 are provided a pair of roller bearings 22 or rotatable plain bearings to smooth the vertical rotation of the eye 12.
