The system which is commercially available for broaching filled pipelines is relatively expensive and permits only the subsequent installation of a branching pipeline. The invention which is described in the following text has the objective of creating a system by means of which it is possible to fit a branching pipeline in a cost-effective manner and, as a second application capability, allows any desired pipeline length to be shut off for rapid repairs, in the absence of shut-off devices. The prior art is to provide heating systems of more than 35 kW with expensive corrosion-constraining inhibitors. From this viewpoint, such devices are becoming more and more in demand.
