PURPOSE:To permit display on a sole monitor without lowering resolution by dividing the picked up image pattern by a high bit line sensor into plural sections horizontally and selectively displaying an optional area. CONSTITUTION:Picture image detecting parts 51, 52 are fixedly provided on top of printed circuit boards 11, 12 to be inspected. The detecting parts 51, 52 are formed by high bit number CCD linear sensors. Input video signals outputted from the detecting parts 51, 52 are converted into binary digital signals at 201A, 201B and transiently stored in input picture image memory parts 202A, 202B. The memory parts 202A, 202B are horizontally divided into plural blocks. Block picture image signals from the memory parts 202A, 202B are introduced into multiplexers 203A, 203B. Among these video signals, 2-block picture image signals are optionally selected by picture image changeover signals 308 and transmitted to the output picture image memory part 207. The image data in the memory part 207 are displayed on CRT209 by control signals from a control part 208. |
