PURPOSE:To stabilize electrical characteristics, and to improve workability by forming a rib for preventing the displacement of an I-shaped magnetic core in EI shaped magnetic cores to one collar of a coil bobbin, both ends thereof have collars. CONSTITUTION:A coil 3 is wound on a coil bobbin 11, both ends thereof have collars 12a, 12b, and a coil main body 4 is constituted, and each one end of the collars 12a, 12b is provided shapedly with ribs 13a, 13b for obviating the displacement of an I shaped magnetic core 6b in EI shaped magnetic cores and gap greater 5. When the EI shaped magnetic cores 6a, 6b are incorporated to the coil main body 4 and fixed by a U-shaped leaf spring 7, the I shaped magnetic core 6b is brought into contact with the rib 13a or 13b and a position thereof is regulated, thus generating no displacement, then also displacing no gap paper 5. Accordingly, electrical characteristics are stabilized, and workability is removed. |
