PURPOSE:To prevent bending deformation of a rotor simply and unexpensively by drilling an eccentric center hole eccentric to the maximum bending direction on a high temperature portion of the rotor in contact with a specified intersecting point when secular bending occurs in the turbine rotor. CONSTITUTION:In a turbine rotor 1, working steam flowing from a steam inlet 5 is separated to right and left and a blade is driven to be rotated. This time, steam temperature in the vicinity of the steam inlet 5 is high, then rotor temperature becomes higher in the upper step portion 6 and bending deformation is generated on the portion 6. This deformation is caused by ununiform creep strain speed in the circumferential direction due to ununiform rotor material. Therefore, to deal with this, bending direction and bending amount of bending deformation are measured and an eccentric center hole 8 contacting a point where the maximum bending direction line passing a center axis of the rotor 1 is intersected with an inner face of an initial center hole 7 of the rotor 1, and eccentric to the maximum bending direction is drilled on the upper step portion 6 which becomes hot. |
