TEST PATTERN PLATE FOR PATTERN PROJECTOR

PURPOSE:To attain the proper color balance control of a TV camera by applying such characteristics to a test pattern plate so that the even light quantity is secured among three primary color components (red, green and blue) among those beams transmitted through a pattern showing a gray color in the test pattern plate. CONSTITUTION:A gray pattern 300 is divided into three areas 302, 304 and 306. The highest transmission factor is given to the area 302 where the light fetched by a red signal processing system is transmitted; while the lowest transmission factor is given to the area 306 where the light fetched by a blue signal processing system transmits. In other words, the different area ratios between white and black parts are given to those areas 302-306 based on the area 302 and in inverse proportion to the transmission characteristics of red, green and blue respectively.
