PURPOSE:To produce an execution table for obeying the execution order irrespective of an array order on the display screen of a wafer by producing a connection table and the execution order table in the order of the wafer number and executing the prescribed arithmetic by an execution table producing means. CONSTITUTION:A newly inserted wafer W4 is arranged at the appropriate position on a CRT screen 1 with a previous connection state as it is, and is connected. At this time the wafer connection table 3 becomes the state as a code 3' shows, and produced in the order of the wafer number. Assuming that the execution order of the wafer W4 is set to the code 3, the execution order table is altered as a code 4' shows. Accordingly an arithmetic unit calculates expressions from these data to form an execution table 2'. Namely, the execution table for obeying the execution order of a program can be formed irrespective to the array order on the display screen of the wafer.
