PURPOSE:To lessen leakage flux and to increase the amount of magnetic flux to an iron core to be attracted by inserting an iron core portion having the substantially same inside and outside diameters as those of a permanent magnet and a designated thickness between the permanent magnets to set larger the distance between different poles. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 2a, 2b are disposed between disc iron cores 1a, 1b, and a ring-shaped iron core 3 which is a ferromagnetic material having the substantially same inside and outside diameters as those of the permanent magnets 2a, 2b is disposed between the permanent magnets 2a, 2b. A boss 4a formed by a non-magnetic material is disposed on the inside deameter side of the permanent magnets 2a, 2b and the ring-shaped iron core 3, and a fixing shaft is inserted in the boss 4a. The magnetizing direction of the permanent magnets 2a, 2b is the thickness of the permanent magnets. Accordingly, the space between the disc iron cores forming a magnetic attraction roller can be enlarged, so that leakage flux can be decreased, and the amount of magnetic flux effective for magnetic attraction force is increased to obtain the magnetic attraction force.
