The storage of cereal in supply stores often necessitates the overturning and loosening of the crop, especially after harvesting under adverse conditions. Here, the drill worm, consisting of a shaft equipped with worm vanes and, at the drill tip, with an oppositely directed shape and a ball-mounted tip which can be clamped in the drill chuck on an electrical hand-operated drilling machine, helps to make human labour easier and shorter. The drill worm can be provided with a curved handle which also ensures a safety distance.
