In a device for feeding a plurality of sections (5), formed by longitudinal division of a paper web (3), to a folding apparatus (1) having an overstructure (2) which is arranged above the folding apparatus (1) and has a number, corresponding to the number of sections (5), of turning bars (7) which are offset relative to one another over the width of the web and in terms of height, are located in the axial direction in the region of the inlet to the folding apparatus and downstream of which there are arranged in each case a feed roll (12) and a register roll (14) which have the same axial position and run parallel to the inlet of the folding apparatus, a comparatively low overall constructional height, a comparatively space-saving installation of the folding apparatus as well as short section routes and a simple web draw-in are achieved due to the fact that all the feed rolls (12) and register rolls (14) are arranged in the region of the same side of the overstructure (2) laterally next to the respectively assigned turning bar (7). <IMAGE>
