PURPOSE:To perform the check of a return test with no external connection of a clock circuit by using the clock of a processor also to a circuit control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble occurs in a communication mode, a connector for network is removed from the network to isolate the trouble. A return connector 116 is connected. The clock of a processor 101 is sent to a circuit control circuit 102 via the connector 116. Thus a test pattern transmitted can be received by return and therefore the peripheral function of the circuit 102 can be checked.
