PURPOSE:To recognize easily the contents of plural continuous operation conditions and the present target by forming a pattern showing the transition of the operation conditions and at the same time displaying the operation conditions corresponding to the present time point in different forms. CONSTITUTION:A controller 3 extracts the conditions out of a condition storing area 2 to deliver the target value and the sweep speed to a subject process 4 and also receives the present state information from the process 4. In this case, the controller 3 contains a pointer to set the condition number which is under a sweep mode and performs the continuous sweeps of plural conditions. A condition display means 7 receives the condition number from the controller 3 and calculates the present target value from the present residual sweep time as well as the conditions (target value, sweep speed, sweep time) of the area 2. This target value is displayed on a CRT display device 5. |
