PURPOSE:To realize easily comparatively complicated constitution by constituting a dielectric board with two board halves formed by dividing the board at a dividing face C25 passing through plural through holes. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric board 22 is prolonged in a direction along the center axis of the through holes 23A-23C and divided into the two board halves 26A, 26B by a dividing face 25 passing through the through holes 23A-23C. Since the board is constituted as split halves, adjusting slots 41A, 41B and connecting holes 45, 46 are formed easily by the forming process using a metallic die as elements diversifying functions of resonance elements 24A-24C with respect to the through holes 23A-23C to form the resonance elements 24A-24C in the inside of the dielectric board 22. In forming the dielectric board by using a metallic die, the versatility of structure around the through holes 23A-23C is improved remarkably and the functions of the resonance elements 24A-24C are expanded easily as required. |
