The circuit receives an input signal having an analog waveform. A sampling signal is generated when its output terminal is in a first mode. In a second mode, the circuit seperates the input and output terminals thus stopping the input signal. Two differential amplifiers are provided, one haivng inverting and non-inverting terminals each connected to the input and output terminals of the sampling circuit. The second amplifier has an inverting input to which an output signal is negatively fed-back, and a non-inverting input to which a preselected reference voltage is supplied.
