PURPOSE:To accelerate the rise of an exciting current by forming a stator in a laminated structure of a steel plate and a copper plate. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical permanent magnet magnetized axially is secured to a shaft, a cylindrical core is secured onto the magnet to form a rotor. This is opposed to the inner periphery of a stator 8 secured to a cover, rotatably mounted on a bearing to form a stepping motor. In this case, the stator 8 is formed in a laminated structure of a steel plate 6 and a copper plate 7. Thus, the variation in the magnetic flux passing the pole of the stator 8 can be canceled to flow an eddy current in the copper plate, thereby accelerating the rise of the exciting current. |
