Cigarette with tobacco roll contained in paper - has preferential break point half-way along length to permit smoking half only

The cigarette (1) consists of a cylindrical roll of tobacco (2) contained in cigarette paper (3). Half-way its length the cigarette is provided with a preferential break-off point (4), e.g. a perforation line in the paper pref. coinciding with a cut in the tobacco roll applied before the paper is applied. The cigarette may contain a filter in both ends or one filter half-way its length in which case the break point is arranged across the filter.
