PURPOSE:To manufacture a bent bulb type flourescent lamp which improves the outline shape of glass bulb by covering the external circumference to which a glass of drum for bending consisting of a heat resistant temperature keeping material is wound with a aluminum or its alloy. CONSTITUTION:A drum body 1 of heat resistant temperature keeping material such as asbestos is provided with an Al metal layer 2 covered with Al of about 2-5mm for example at the external circumference to which a heated glass bulb is wound. At the center of drum 1, a through hole 3 is engaged with the drum body indicated by the broken line and in this case, an axile is inserted to a through a hole 3 and a through hole 5 at the center of drum body in order to prevent displacement between the bodies 1, 4. Moreover, the external circumference of body 4 is also covered with a the Al metal layer and a glass bulb is wound to a recessed groove 6 formed by engagement between the bodies 1 and 4. Therefore, the bulb can be formed without deformation at the external surface and fray. |
