<p>Method comprises (a) adding polyethyleneglycol of mol. wt. 200-100,000 to water heated to 50-80 deg.C to give glycol concn. in final compsn. of 0.1-30 wt.% and mixing at 20-2000 rpm until homogenisation occurs. (b) maintaining the temp., adding quat. ammonium salts so that the concn. of the salts in the final compsn. is 0.1-20 wt.% and stirring under same conditions as above to achieve homogenisation and (c) maintaining the temp., adding a silicone deriv. so that its concn. in final compsn. is 0.1-20 wt.% and stirring under same conditions as above to achieve homogenisation, then cooling the prod. to ambient temp.</p> |
