发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRODE MEMBER FOR LUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process of an electrode member for luminescence display device as well as to obtain the reflective surface with a good reflection efficiency by a method wherein a plating treatment is performed on only a side of the sides of a material for lead frame formation, whereon a recessed part is formed, and after that, the recessed part is formed in the plating treated surface by performing a press working on the plating treated surface. CONSTITUTION:In a coil type material 21 for press working, a plating treatment 22 is performed in advance on only the end surface on the side, whereon a recessed part 25 for element disposition is formed in the top part of a lead frame 24 for element disposition. After that, this material 21 is expanded and a press working is performed on this material 21 so that the recessed part 25 is formed in the end surface part including the plating treating part 22. As a result, the recessed part 25 for element disposition is formed in the top part of the lead frame 24 for element disposition and the lead frame 24 provided with the recessed part 25, wherein a mounting surface 25a is formed and a light reflective surface 25b is formed on the periphery of the mounting surface 25a, is obtainable. Moreover, this lead frame 24 is provided with leads 26 for bonding-wire connection, which are disposed in opposition to each other. Furthermore, a plating 22 is performed on the whole surface of the recessed part 25 of the lead frame 24, the light reflective surface 25b and bonding surfaces 26a on the upper ends of the leads 26.
