PURPOSE:To turn on the first change-over contact in the initial connecting condition, to turn off the second change-over contact and to protect the circuit by inserting the first change-over contact and an alarm between symmetrical terminals of respective points, and providing a probe connected through the second change-over contact to the control part of an emulator. CONSTITUTION:In the initial condition of a switch 24, in short, at a contact 25 side, a contact 17 of a relay 19 is closed, and contacts 15 and 16 of relays 18 and 20 are opened. When the probe 2 is reversely inserted into a socket 4, contacts 11 and 13 are connected to an electric power source and an earth terminal, and the electric power source is applied to an alarm 21 and the alarm is generated. When the probe 2 is normally inserted into the socket 4, the contacts 11 and 13 are usual signal terminals and the alarm 21 is not operated. Confirming that the alarm 21 is not operated, making the switch 24 into a testing condition and closing the contact of the relays 18 and 20, an emulator control part 1 is connected through the probe 2 to a target board 5, and opening the contact of the relay 19, and the emulator is started. |
