发明名称 RUBBER-MADE WAVEGUIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To be deformed in response to the change in size and to prevent thermal conduction through the blocking of gas flow by forming a waveguide itself inserted incorporatedly with a material having thermal non-good conductivity and flexibility in common. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-mode waveguide 10 is formed by both-end flanges 11, 11, a waveguide main body 12 while being supported by reinforcing plates 13. The flanges 11 and the waveguide main body 12 are formed respectively incorporatedly by a die by using rubber such as chloroprene group rubber, urethane group rubber, silicone group rubber, fluorine group rubber or others and the reinforcing plate 13 is bonded at the same time. The waveguide main body 12 is formes as a rectangular pipe and plural metallic conductor layers 19 are formed by vapor-deposition or chemical plating at the inner faces. The final layer of the conductor layers is made of gold (Au) having good electric conductivity and immunity to corrosion. The conductor layers 19 are thin layers and cracks or exfoliation of the layers 19 due to circular-arc waving form ruggedness 16 or rounds 15, 18 causing deformation is prevented. Further, the reinforcing plates 13 are adhered closely to a microwave amplifier 1 to be coupled to the entire face of the flanges 11 and the flange faces of the waveguide 7.
