PURPOSE:To achieve fine graphics and to carry out correction by providing a determining means which supplies selectively an input data to the 1st or 2nd picture data processing means and determines a data inputted from an input means. CONSTITUTION:The inputted data is decided if it is a picture data or a command data by a deciding part 12, and if the inputted data is the command data, it is supplied to a deciding part 17 in the 2nd picture data processing part 14. The deciding part 17 operates selectively an enlargement processing preparation part 18, an inversion processing preparation part 19 and a reduction processing part 20 in accordance with the contents of the command data. When the input data is a reduction command data, a reduction processing part 20 is operated, and a picture is reduced in size. When the supplied data is the picture data and, at the same time, an input data before it was the command data, the determining part 12 supplies the picture data to a picture processing deciding part 21 of the 2nd picture data processing part 14. Thus, the fine graphics is achieved and the correction can be carried out by an input means such as a light pen, etc.
