PURPOSE:To prevent a direct current offset voltage from appearing in an output by using an inducing load by an inductor as an output load of a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When a differential input signal is fed to respective bases of differential input transistors Q1, Q2, a current flows an inductor L1 of a load of the transistor turned on (Q1 is to be turned on). At this time, the electric current flowing between a collector of the transistor Q1 and an emitter is differentiated by the inductor L1. A change of the electric current differentiated by the inductor L1 is obtained between output terminals 131, 132 as a differentiating output V0. Since an impedance of the inductors L1, L2 is 0OMEGA in a direct current, a direct current offset voltage does not appear but an output symmetric characteristic of a comparator 14 is enhanced.
