PURPOSE:To execute automatically the integration by providing a feeding hub grasped by a center chuck, a winding hub grasped by a turning chuck, and a built-in member for lifting and lowering a profiling member to which a tape has been wound. CONSTITUTION:A fitting member 12 descends and a center chuck 4 and a turning chuck 5 grasp a feeding hub 1 and a winding hub 3, respectively, placed on a winding ball set jig 19. Subsequently, when the member 12 ascends, a tension motor 10 rotates and prevents a tape from falling out. Subsequently, a rotary actuator 7 rotates, and the chuck 5 moves from one end 9a of a guide groove 9 to the other end 9b and draws out the tape 2 and winds it to a profiling member 6. Next, when a half 20 is positioned in the lower part, the fitting member 12 descends and places the hub 1 and 3 at a prescribed position of the half 20, respectively, the motor 20 stops its rotation, the member 6 ascends, and the chucks 4, 5 detaches the hubs 1, 3. When the member 12 ascends, the hubs 1, 3 and the tape 2 are integrated into a prescribed position of the half 20.
