PURPOSE:To attain transmission/recording, a management and operation of terminal identification information of terminal device oriented information by providing a function means storing/transmitting/receiving/coding/decoding the terminal device identification information and displaying it so as to transmit the terminal device identification information between terminal devices during talking. CONSTITUTION:When a telephone set section 1 makes dialing, a response polarity inversion signal from an incoming exchange is detected by a response detection section 2 and transmitted to a control section 3. The control section 3 reads optional terminal device identification information written in a storage section 5 by a read coding section 6, where the information undergoes coding processing. The coded signal is transmitted to a telephone line MODEM7 via a buffer memory section 8, subject to FSK modulation and transmitted to a network for analog telephone lines. The signal from a sender side passes through an incoming hybrid circuit section 10 and is subject to filter processing. That is, a band stop filter section B11 passes through a sound talking signal only, and after four wire/two wire conversion is applied through a hybrid circuit section 13 and the result is transmitted to the telephone set section 1. Further, the FSK signal is transmitted to the MODEM7 via a band pass filter 12 and demodulated and then displayed on a display section 15.
