PURPOSE:To wind a winding to a rod-shaped leg part by a knack of spooling, and to execute efficiently a winding work by mechanization, by constituting the leg part of a block to which winding is performed, so as to become a separate body from the block. CONSTITUTION:On the upper face of a magnetic material block 1, a floating surface 2 and 2' are held at a prescribed interval and formed as one body in parallel. In addition to the floating surfaces 2, 2', a groove 3 for fixing a gimbal spring and the block is provided on the lower face. Rod-shaped magnetic material blocks 4, 5 are fixed by glass 6 to one side of this magnetic material block 1. The glass 6 is packed between the magnetic material block 1 and 4, and between the magnetic material block 1 and 5, a packing part 10 of the latter becomes a gap for recording and reproducing a signal, and it is 0.8 micron in the narrowest part. On the other hand, it is better that the glass exists as small as possible in the glass packed part of the block 1 and the block 4. A block 8 to which a coil winding 7 has been performed is joined and fixed to the block 4 and 5. The coil winding 7 is wound to the block 8 in advance before the block 8 is fixed to the blocks 4, 5. |
