PURPOSE:To reduce the memory capacity by increasing the value of a counter between a deciding part following an action command and this command and therefore omitting the previous production of an error code for each deciding part in an error display mode. CONSTITUTION:When an error occurs at each deciding part of sequence programs ST1-ST28, a CPU26 saves temporarily the contents of a counter N and a register R to registers 22 and 25 and at the same time reads the errors corresponding to the values NSV and RSV saved to both registers 22 and 25 out of an error list 27. Then the contents of these values are displayed in the error content column shown by a reference code 14 together with the values N and R. In this case, an operator has not to check the list 27. A reference code 30 serves as a memory which stores the procedure to detect and display the corresponding areas in the list 27 when errors are produced. Thus the CPU26 works according to the memory 30 after an error occurs. |
