PURPOSE:To reduce the delay in falling of signal level by a method wherein a rated power supply is connected to a close emitter follower while the current value of rated power supply is set up corresponding to the wiring length. CONSTITUTION:An emitter follower Q1 is connected to a close pad P while a rated power supply I3 is connected to the close emitter follower Q1. At this time, the value of rated power supply is set up corresponding to the wiring length (d) i.e. the paracitic capacity Cp and the capacity of emitter follower Q1 fluctuated also corresponding to the wiring length (d). In other words, the longer the wiring length (d), the higher the value of rated power supply Is is set up and the shorter the wiring length (d), the lower the value of rated power supply Is is set up. In such a constitution, any falling of signal level and access time due to longer wiring length (d) may be avoided.
