PURPOSE:To prevent a main transistor form generating error action and destruction, by retaining starting signal once, and by feeding base signal to each base driving circuit after all of the base signal comes to OFF command level. CONSTITUTION:A starting circuit 3 is provided between a base signal generating circuit 1 and a base driving circuit 2. Even if starting signal of high level is applied to the starting circuit 3, the signal is fed to an AND circuit 33 after the signal is retained temporarily at a latch circuit 32. When four kinds of base output signal of the base signal generating circuit 1 come in all to low level, then the output of an agreement detecting circuit 31 comes to high level, and a switching circuit 34 is closed, and the output of the base signal generating circuit 1 is fed to the base driving circuit 2. |
