PURPOSE:To reduce the steering operation force of a steering handle, by shiting the crossing points between the axes of king pins in left and right steered front wheels which are steered in a uniform speed drive condition, and the ground surface, outward of a frame from the ground contact points of the front wheels. CONSTITUTION:Left and right wheels 5a, 5b are arranged to be steered in a uniform speed drive condition, respectively. In this arrangement, a shaft 13 is arranged so that the crossing R between the axis P and the ground surface resides on the frame side of the ground contact point Q of each of the front wheels 5a, 5b. When a steering operation is taken to turn the frame in the direction S during running, the wheel 5b inside of the turn is in the condition of nonslipping with respect to the ground surface while the wheel 5a outside of the turn slips with respect to the ground surface in the direction in which the wheel 5a is dragged. At this time a force W is exerted to an axle casing C so that the latter is swung in the frame turning direction since the axis P is set as mentioned above, and cancels out swinging force U, V exerted upon the axle casing C. Accordingly, the steering force of the steering handle may be reduced.
