PURPOSE:To permit to joint under a circumstance in water by a method wherein a natural vulcanizing type adhesive tape, having autohesion property, is bonded to the end of the waterproof sheet. CONSTITUTION:The waterproof sheet 4, to which the adhesive tape 3 is adhered to the end thereof, is sunk onto the ground surface 2 under water 1, whereat a hydraulic pressure is 10m or less normally. The ends of the sheets 4 are piled and, at the same time, parting paper, bonded to the surface of the adhesive tape 3, is removed and the waterproof sheets 4 are bonded mutually by rolling by a rolling roller. The adhesive tape, consisting of EPT, IIR or the blended material of EPT and IIR, for example, and having natural vulcanizing property together with small water absorbing property, is suitable and is blended with vulcanizing agent, vulcanization promoting agent, adhesive agent and softening agent except stearic acid, carbon black, inorganic filling agent and ZnO in accordance with necessity. The adhesive tape is vulcanized as time is elapsed, therefore, the waterproof sheets are bonded mutually more strongly. |
