PURPOSE:To provide a recording material having sufficient developed color density and enhanced in preservability in raw state and preservability with time, by using a specified electron-acceptive compound in combination with an electron-donative colorless dye. CONSTITUTION:1,1-Bis(p-oxyphenyl)cyclododecane is used as an electron- acceptive compound in combination with an electron-donative colorless dye. Accordingly developed color images with high density can be obtained, and favorable preservability of ground and developed color images can be ensured. In addition, the substance is free of sublimability, stable, easy to prepare, and can be obtained in high yield with high purity. Further, the developed color images obtained is fast and has excellent solvent resistance. |
