PURPOSE:To eliminate the damage of a slot insulator, a coil and a wedge in case of inserting the coil into the slot by coating volatile lubricating liquid on the side to be contacted with the coil of slot insulating paper. CONSTITUTION:A slot insulator 10 made of a hoop material of polyester film is inserting to a bending mechanism 13 to form cuffs 14 at both side edges, and volatile lubricating liquid 15 such as fluid paraffin is coated by an automatic spraying mechanism 15 on the lower surface of the insulator 10. Then, the insulator 10 is cut and formed by a cutting and forming mechanism 21 to form slot insulating paper 27, and paper 27 is inserted into the slot 5a of a core 5. The liquid may be coated by a sprayer or a brush after the paper is inserted to the slot of the core. |
