PURPOSE:To reduce the output torque ripple by a simple structure by molding salient poles integral with a rotor, forming poles through an air gap from the salient poles, and exciting the poles in response to a phase detection signal. CONSTITUTION:A body 22 supports fans 7a, 7b .... The body 22 and a substrate 20 are coupled by arms 21a, 21b, ... therebetween. Poles 3a, 3b and soft steel pieces including a core of exciting coil 4a mounted on the poles are secured to the bottom of the body. The poles 3a, 3b are formed in an arcuate shape, and opposed through a small air gap to a rotor. Similarly, poles 3c, 3d and exciting coil 4b are provided. The energization of the coils 4a, 4b is controlled by the output of a position detector for detecting the position of the rotor. |
