PURPOSE:To mixedly dispose various types of lines with a high frequency using rate by providing an LS corresponding to and inputting and outputting speech and data, controlling a communicating procedure of the data and the speech by a procedure control part and performing a management of a line assignment and the like by a station control part. CONSTITUTION:An ENQ code from a fixed data terminal 5 is applied to an input and output signal processing section LS 14. The LS 14 has, for instance data modulating and demodulating devices, controls a connecting procedure of a data line, and transmits a condition of this line to a station control part 23 through a fixing procedure control part 21 for transmission and receiving with the station control part. The control part 23 holding the condition of the line transmits a code of the same meaning as ACK to the LS 14 through the control part 21 when the station can receive and the LS 14 returns the ACK code to the terminal 5 through a transmitter and a receiver. A data transmitted from the terminal 5 receiving the ACK code is stored, for example, in a data file 25 through a switch matrix 24 from the LS 14. |
