<p>PURPOSE:To permit to provide uniform recessed and protruded figure on all over the coating film in spite of the deformation of the surface of base material to be coated with the film by a method wherein the film is pressed by a cylindrical elastic roller. CONSTITUTION:The coating film B is applied on the upper surface of the material A to be coated, which is transferred horizontally with a given speed by a conveyor device 1, while said film B is in a condition that it is not cured perfectly. The material A to be coated arrives at the elastic roller 2 which runs with the same speed into the same direction as the material A to be coated. The recessed and protruded figure, corresponding to the recesses and protrusions of the figure and formed on the surface of an endless sheet, is formed on the surface of the coating film by the press of the elastic roller 2 through the endless sheet 4 running with the same speed into the same direction as the material A to be coated. The elastic roller 2 deforms in accordance with the configuration of the material A even if the surface of the material to be coated has warpages or waves and applies an uniform pressure all over the surface of the material whereby the recesses and protrusions of the figure, formed on the surface of the endless sheet, may be formed on the whole surface of the coating film.</p> |
