<p>PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in operation efficiency, by feeding a turning gear with tiles at regular intervals, while constituting this turning gear so as to make it go up, rotate, go down, turn round and put it back to a conveying device, and making it accurately turnable at the specified angle, in case of a turning device for tile manufacturing process use. CONSTITUTION:When a tile T is transferred to a turning range R by a feed belt 5, an interval to a succeeding tile T' is widened because a conveying belt 4 in the turning range R is speedier than the feed belt 5. When a photoelectric switch 3 operates, a timer (unillustrated herein) is set in motion, stopping the succeeding tile T' at a stopper 2. The tile T is mounted on a turning gear 1, going up with a cylinder 1c and, after a rotary cylinder 1b is rotated by 90 deg., again it is made to go down, then the tils T is put back to the conveying belt 4. With this belt, the tile T is conveyed again, while the succeeding tile T' is conveyed to the turning range R as the stopper 2 is released. With this constitution, the tile is efficiently turnable.</p> |
