<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a retrieving period of time by rotatably arranging cartridge receptacles on a circumference and arranging a freely rotatable cartridge conveying means at a similar distance from the receptacles, in the device in the caption for a microfilm system apparatus and the like. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge receptacle number, a cartridge number and a required frame number are input and a command to start retrieving is issued, a lift member 58 is raised to the location of a drum containing a desired cartridge. Then, a pole 57 is turned and drums 50A-50F containing the desired cartridge receptacles are turned about a shaft 50. A hand 60 stops in front of the desired drums 50A-50F. Then, a moving member 59 is advanced and its hand 60 grips a cartridge 10. The moving member 59 is retracted, the lift member 58 is raised and the pole 57 is turned to deliver the cartridge to a cartridge receiving member 11, 13. The arrangement permits a retrieving period of time to be reduced.</p> |
