PURPOSE:To increase the orientation of a magnetic material and the mixing ratio of the magnetic material, by supplying to magnetic field generating coils an electric current periodically changing between a maximum flow value and a minimum flow value from the start of the operation to a prescribed time, and then supplying to the magnetic field generating coil a constant direct current after the elapse of the prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A stationary mold 14 and a movable mold 20 are clamped by a cylinder 24, and after the completion of the clamping, an electric current is supplied from an exciting current supplying apparatus 28 to magnetic generating coils 12, 18, and at the same time a melted resin to which a magnetic material is added is injected from an injecting apparatus 26 into a cavity 22. The exciting current supplying apparatus 28 is controlled to output a constant direct current Io from a DC power source and to output a DC with an amplitude Ia and an angular frequency omega from a DC power source 30 until a set time T1 of a first timer is passed. When the set time T1 of the first timer has passed, the electric current from the DC power source 30 is stopped, and the DC power source 32 supplies a DC, Io+Ia, until a set time T2 of a second timer is passed. |
