PURPOSE:To make a system motion ever so positive, by interseting a device with a chute rail tip at an acute angle, while installing a guide groove having a parts dropping hole at its tip end, and constituting it so as to extrude parts into the dropping hole one by one, in case of the above captioned feeder feeding a clamping machine with bolts, etc. CONSTITUTION:Parts 1 are suspended and aligned on a chute rail 2 and fed in regular sequence, entering a guide groove 12 from an admission groove 11, then engaged to a blocking claw 30. Next, a piston cylinder 15 is set in retracting motion, whereby a pressing member 21 and a guide member 22 both advance forward as one body, making these parts 1 go forward as pushing the blocking claw 30 open, and these parts are fed to a dropping hole 13. Then, the pressing member 21 stops 26, the guide member 22 alone goes forward, extruding a head part of each part 1 into the dropping hole 13, thus these parts 1 drop thereinto. Next, with expansion of the piston cylinder 15, the pressing member 21 and the guide member 22 both are restored to their original positions, and the next part 1 is engaged to the blocking claw 30. Thus, a feeder operates without fail. |
