摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the contrast characteristic by forming a focusing electrode to be formed on the inner wall face of glass housing with colored conductive electrode thereby reducing the reflection factor on the surface of the focusing electrode. CONSTITUTION:X-ray permeated through an object will pass through an incident window 1 to excite a phosphor material layer 3 on an input face 2 to emit electrons which are converted on a photoelectric face 4 into photo-electrons which are focused through a focusing electrode 5' and an acceleration electrode 6 onto an output face 7. Here, the first focus electrode 5a' to be arranged near the input face 2 of the focusing electrode 5' is formed by providing a metal film 10 such as Al deposition film, a colored metal oxide film 11 having low reflection factor such as aluminum oxide and a conductive layer 12 such as Al deposition film. Consequently, deterioration of contrast due to reflection of light on the input face 2 can be prevented resulting in improvement of picture quality.
