PURPOSE:To reduce defects in molding due to the influence of a resin disturbance by laminating >=2 kinds of photoresist which differ in sensitivity to laser light for exposure successively on a glass original disk by coating, and exposing the photoresist materials to the laser light and developing them. CONSTITUTION:The 1st photoresist 13 which has normal sensitivity to light having 4,416Angstrom wavelength from an He-Cd laser as a laser for exposure and the 2nd photoresist 14 which has high sensitivity are laminated successively on the glass original disk 7. Then, the 1st and 2nd photoresist materials 13 and 14 are irradiated with the laser light for exposure and development processing is carried out to obtain a digital signal part 15 which is sectioned rectangularly in two stages. Then, a metallic thin film 16 of Ni is vacuum- deposited thereupon. Then, an Ni plating layer 17 is formed and the glass original disk 7 is removed to form an optical disk original disk 18 having the digital signal part 15 in a two-stage rectangular section shape.
