PURPOSE:To obtain the dust core which can be subjected to a heat treatment after shaping shaped easily and has the excellent magnetic characteristics by using a bonding agent made of inorganic high molecules. CONSTITUTION:The compression shaped body is used as a magnetic core, which is obtained by compression shaping of magnetic powder through a solvent including inorganic high molecules under the conditions for fabrication of the powder. For the magnetic powder, iron powder, Fe-Al alloy powder, Fe-Si alloy powder, Fe-Ni alloy powder and etc. are available and more preferably, the amorphous alloy powder of small iron loss, particularly that in high frequency zone. this dust core has the excellent shaping property and especially, it can be subjected to a heat treatment so that the high permeability iron loss can be obtained and the magnetic characteristics of the magnetic powder can be sufficiently extracted. |
